The process starts with a meeting to go over your goals for the project, including what you ultimately want the catalog to highlight and which features you'd like included. From there, we'll lay out the production process, security and privacy measures, and a pricing breakdown.
We gather all of the information necessary to build the digital catalog. You can pick from two options:
A) You pass along invoices, data sheets, papers containing information on the collection and we digitize and organize it for you.
B) Take a more hands on approach and input the information yourself through our administrative page on your digital catalog.
During this step we will create a draft of the site where owners can begin to upload information.
We begin enhancing each piece through imaging and photography. Take a picture yourself, or pass the reins to a professional who we can help put you in touch with.
We make sure everything is to your liking. Want to add personal stories to each piece? Something not loading? This is the step where we double-check that all the information is correct and the catalog is running smoothly.
Finally, the digital catalog is in your hands to share with family and friends. Inevitably issues or new ideas come up, so we are here anytime to fix or add anything to your liking.
